Strategically situated less than an hour from central Tokyo, the facility offers convenient access to the region's major business and technology clusters while benefitting from strong infrastructure connectivity and transport links.
Designed to meet the evolving requirements of hyperscale customers, Tokyo Data Centre 2 will incorporate the latest hyperscale design standards, supporting high-density deployments, liquid cooling capabilities, and scalable operations. The facility will offer more than 300,000 sq ft (approximately 27,871 sqm) of gross floor area, delivering the performance, efficiency and flexibility required for AI and cloud-driven growth.
Tokyo Data Centre 2 is being developed in phases, with Phase 1 targeted for completion in 2028.
