Gore Hill Data Centre is a four-storey purpose-built Tier III data centre located in Gore Hill Technology Park in Australia, some nine kilometres north west of Sydney’s central business district.

Intellicentre 2 Data Centre (IC2 DC) is a carrier-neutral data centre that is located within the Macquarie Park in Australia. Located in the North of Sydney, the site is 12km from the central business district.

Talavera Road, where the asset is located, is well served by all major telecommunication carriers, with ample network capacity available.

Macquarie Park is a research and business park in Sydney with a concentration of companies in the communications and information technology sectors. It is set on over 200 ha of commercial land and is the second largest commercial office region in New South Wales after Sydney’s central business district.

The business park is well positioned to become Australia’s fourth largest central business district (behind those of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) by 2030. Intellicentre 3 East Data Centre (IC3 East DC) will be a new shell and core data centre which will be built on the vacant land within the current Intellicentre 2 Data Centre site in Macquarie Business Park precinct in Sydney. The development will be undertaken by Macquarie Telecom, the master lessee of the existing shell and core data centre, Intellicentre 2 Data Centre.

The facility will feature a minimum of 86,000 sq ft of lettable area upon its completion, which is expected to be in 2020.

Keppel DC SY 1

Alpha Data Centre Fund (Alpha DC Fund) has acquired a 3,840 sqm plot of freehold land in Gore Hill Technology Park to develop a data centre in Sydney, Australia. The Alpha DC Fund is managed by Alpha Investment Partners Limited (Alpha), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Capital.

The greenfield data centre, Keppel DC Sydney 1 (KDC SY 1), will be strategically located adjacent to Gore Hill Data Centre. When fully completed, the data centre will feature approximately 57,000 sq ft of Gross Floor Area built to Tier III equivalent specifications.

Keppel Data Centres will be appointed project manager for the construction of the data centre and following its completion, be responsible for its operations. iseek-KDC Services Pty Ltd (iseek-KDC), a 60:40 JV between Keppel Data Centres and local partner iseek, will be appointed facility manager for the data centre.
